Pizza da Piero is the leading manufacturer of authentic pizza bases to the retail and foodservice trade throughout Ireland. Due to continued growth, we now wish to recruit for the following position:

Production Supervisor

Reporting To: Managing Director

Salary: Competitive salary / Negotiable depending on experience

Purpose:

To work with the Managing Director in overseeing the management of the production facility ensuring the planning coordination and control of the company’s manufacturing process. Overseeing the quality systems and procedures, ensuring that they meet current & future legislation

The key responsibilities of this position are:

To ensure full production orders are achieved daily.

Acting as a role model for other staff members by demonstrating excellence and leadership in all areas in the business. And create a positive working environment
Working with the owner in driving change and improvements to making the business more efficient and profitable.
To ensure that all HACCP & Quality procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times (e.g. safe food handling, hygiene, temperature control, product rotation, cleaning schedule etc.)
Ensure timely and accurate records are maintained and that all operational checks are carried out and documented
Report weekly to the Owner (Managing Director) on all aspects of production and product quality.
