I used cheese I picked up at @blasnaheireann Irish Food Awards. We are truly spoiled in Ireland when it comes to quality cheese. Here we have @durruscheese Durrus Og, a soft, young cheese, melts really well and tastes 🙌 we have @macroombuffalo made from Irish Buffalo milk 🇮🇪 @cashelfarmhousecheese our favourite, creamy blue cheese and then a @simplybetterds Parmigiano Reggiano which is matured for at least 30 months 😋
