Chorizo & blue cheese pizza

Still on cloud 9 from our Blas na hEireann win we are celebrating Irish food producers today. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ชโœจThe flavours in this pizza were incredible. Definitely restaurant quality โญ๏ธ

I picked up all ingredients in my local @dunnesstores

Ingredients-
-pizza da piero pizza bases
-pizza sauce
-fresh mozzarella
-blue cheese
-chorizo
-roasted red peppers

Method-
-heat oven to highest temp
-chop and sautรฉ chorizo
-spread pizza sauce on base
-scatter lightly with mozzarella
-add peppers, chorizo & blue cheese
-cook in oven for 3-5 minutes
-Slice and enjoy with a nice glass of red wine ๐Ÿ• ๐Ÿท

Anchovy & Black Olive Pizza

This salty and garlicky #anchovy pizza will give any takeaway a run for it's money this weekend. As usual chef Dan Cruickshank has helped us come up with another delicious pizza. You really wonโ€™t want to share this one with anybody!

Ingredients -

-Pizza da Piero Pizza base
-Pizza sauce
-Boquerones, white fish anchovy
-Black olives. I used good quality Moroccans for these.
-Mozzarella
-Irish salted butter
-Wild garlic (optional)
-Olive oil

Method-

Add tomato sauce to your base
Cheese next.
A few anchovies and a few olives. They are both salty so too much can take away from the finished dish.
I banged oven up full whack and cooked the pizza as close to the top of the oven as possible without it touching. This helps with the extra charring. Big bubbles can appear and burn. This is what is what you are looking for. Just keep an eye on it. Takes about 7 to 8 minutes in total.
Serve with a drizzle of good olive oil and wild garlic leaves if you wish. The anchovies are marinated in garlic too but extra garlic isn't a bad thing with this pizza. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ™Œ
