An all Irish inspired pizza to highlight the many wonderful food producers in this country 🍕 ☘️
Ingredients:
Pizza da Piero pizza bases
Pizza da Piero pizza sauce
A good quality mozzarella cheese
Sliced, cooked ham
Peanut Rayu, or any chilli sauce
Cooking
Instructions:
1-Heat oven to highest temp
2-Spread pizza sauce on your pizza base
3-Tear and scatter the mozzarellaon top
4-Add chopped ham
5-Bake in oven for 3-5 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden
6-Add as much chilli sauce as you can handle
7-Slice and serve immediately
