Still on cloud 9 from our Blas na hEireann win we are celebrating Irish food producers today. 🇮🇪✨The flavours in this pizza were incredible. Definitely restaurant quality ⭐️
I picked up all ingredients in my local @dunnesstores
Ingredients-
-pizza da piero pizza bases
-pizza sauce
-fresh mozzarella
-blue cheese
-chorizo
-roasted red peppers
Method-
-heat oven to highest temp
-chop and sauté chorizo
-spread pizza sauce on base
-scatter lightly with mozzarella
-add peppers, chorizo & blue cheese
-cook in oven for 3-5 minutes
-Slice and enjoy with a nice glass of red wine 🍕 🍷
