Here’s one last #vegan pizza for 2023 #veganuary. I’ve really enjoyed trying out vegan options and a big thank you to all the wonderful Irish vegans out there who tried our pizzas and shared their recipes with us. Pizza is for everyone, no matter what you eat there’s a pizza recipe for you!

This delicious Vegan Tomato Pesto Pizza is made with just 5 ingredients and comes together so quickly! It’s perfect for an easy lunch or dinner this #veganuary 🍅🍕🍅🍕
Ingredients -
-Pizza da Piero pizza bases
-Red pepper
-Mushrooms
-Vegan cheese
-Olives
(Optional) fresh chopped tomato w/ basil and salt to garnish)
Method -
1 - Heat oven to highest temperature
2 - Slice and sauté your red pepper and mushrooms
3 - Spread vegan tomato pesto on pizza base
4 - Scatter vegan cheese
5 - Top with sautéed veg
6 - Add olives
7 - Cook in over for 3-5 minutes until base is crispy
8 - Remove from oven and add some fresh chopped tomato mix for extra taste!
