Pizza da Piero pizza bases
Vegan Sausage (we used @sonsofbutchers_ )
Pizza sauce
Vegan cheese (we used @dairygold_ie & @greenvie_dairyfree )
Red onion
Rosemary
Lemon zest
Fennel seeds
Fresh Basil for garnish
Method -
Heat your oven to the highest temperature
Break up your sausage and fry with fennel seeds
Add sliced red pepper and red onion to pan
Add lemon zest and rosemary
Spread pizza base with pizza sauce
Add sausage and veg mix
Top with cheese
Bake in oven on are rack for 3-5 minutes until crispy
Garnish with fresh basil
